This is an idyllic rural location on the Southern Brittany/Western Loire border, an area which truly reflects the charm and character of France.
We have a new heated outdoor swimming pool of 11 mtrs x 5 mtrs (36ft x 16.5ft) which is purified with natural salts (not chlorinated). This is located in the gardens, easily viewed and accessed from the patios but set at a distance not to disturb. It is surrounded by a terrace with loungers and this is all set in an enclosure of wall and fencing which conforms to the 2004 French safety legislation.
The original longere and adjacent cowshed have been tastefully converted into 3 self-catering cottages. All accommodation has retained features such as exposed beams and stone walls, very typical of the Brittany and Western Loire area. Each cottage offers extremely comfortable and spacious accommodation. This superior accommodation provides for all year round use, whether it is for summer holidays, cycling and canoeing adventure holidays or just short winter breaks.
From the famous sandy beaches of La Baule to the rural tranquillity surrounding La Petite Ferme, there really is something for everyone.
