| "Novezan" is an ancient restored stone house and pool which sleeps 6-8 + cot. This very spacious single storey dwelling has recently been renovated in a contemporary provencal style and beautifully equipped. It has direct access to the garden, outside terrace, private parking and outstanding views all round. |

Accommodation An entrance hall with WC, washbasin and shower room, communicating with mezzanine. Large living room with French window, US kitchen, dining area, open fireplace. Large drawing room with mezzanine sleeping two, wood-burning stove and French window giving access onto a suspended terrace protected from the occasional mistral wind. 2 bedrooms on a slightly different level, one with double bed facing east, the other with twin beds facing west. They are separated by a comfortable tiled bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. There is an extra double bedroom with en-suite on special arrangement. The kitchen has an autotimer electric oven, safety "hotplate" with 2 infra-red and 2 gas rings. Dishwasher, fridge and freezer compartment. Facilities Swimming Pool (5m x 5m) with spring water inflow, jet stream and children safety railing. (open May to Sept) Table tennis, Scandinavian Sauna and BBQ. Cot and highchair. Well-behaved pets are accepted. This property is attached to the owners house, Venterol (sleeps 10-12 + cot), which is available to rent during the mid and low seasons. It can be rented separately or linked with Novezan to accommodate larger parties. Details of Venterol can be viewed under reference number 267 on this site. |
